We will send your order via royal mail unless it is a large quantity. Your order will be prepared as soon as we get your order and and will be shipped within 1 working day.  

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you need to return your purchase, please contact us on contact@moresso.co.uk within 14 days of your purchase. We will arrange full refund if:

  • Coffee is not open and it is in original packaging.

  • If there is a problem with your order, we will also cover the return cost.
